1，  Q: What’s your MOQ? How can I order if my purchasing quality is less than your MOQ?

A: We have different MOQ requirement for different products, which is presented in our quotation list. If your purchasing quantity is less than our MOQ, please tell us the actual quantity you are needing, and let’s negotiate to see how to solve it. We will try to meet your order need.

2，  Q: What’s your price terms?

A: Our price terms are mainly: FOB, CIF, CRF, EXW.

4，   Q: How long is the delivery time?

 A:  In general, the delivery time is 10-40 days after the order is confirmed. Since the actual delivery time might be different because of some factors such as: specific products requirement, off-season and peak-season, and the purchasing of raw material. Thus, please confirm the actual delivery time with our sales before order.

A:  We have CE, ISO13485, SGS etc.

6，  Q:  I am interested in your products. I want to see the samples, do I need to pay the samples? How about the sample freight? Who will pay for that?

A:  Thank you for your interest in our products. We are glad to send you the samples. If the samples is less than our Free-Sample-Limit, we will provide samples by free. If it is more than it, we will need to charge some sample fee. For the sample freight, we are sorry that we do not pay it. However, we can refund the freight in your orders.

7，  Q: What countries are your products mainly exported to?

A:  Our products are exported all over the world, mainly to: Southeast Asia, Middle East, North America, South America, Europe and Australia.
